Juppy Biwang

I'm a graduate of Camiguin Polytechnic State College taking a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2013. I've experience Adobe platforms for graphic designing, Multimedia in video creating, editing and video enhancement in various projects. 

After I graduate in 2013 I enrolled in Informatics Philippines taking Web Designing for a month, the same year, I had experienced in Business Processing Outsourcing(BPO) handling outbound calls for 3 years and during my BPO experience, I do also participate in the global creative platform which is 99design.com. 

For now, I work in a government agency since 2016 and currently working on the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) as a Social Media Marketing.
