As a former banker- specialized in customer service, I believe that a work must be measured through its efficiency & effectiveness.
I have worked in Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) for almost 3 years as Senior Specialist (termed as Assistant Team Leader) in its Contact Center Department. I had experiences in client-concerns resolution, account maintenance and initial "Know-Your-Customer" or KYC in both voice & non-voice services.
Before joining BPI, I was previously associated with a real estate company (PTR Properties) as an Admin Assistant and following are my key responsibilities:
