I've worked as a virtual assistant. I've handled making reports, updating calendars, setting up meetings, answering customer emails, and proactively reminding my leader of any updates or important matters that need immediate attention. I've knowledge in Pipedrive, Dropbox, Trello, GIMP, Canva, and Photoshop.
I've also been a BPO Customer Service Representative since 2003 and was a team leader for a year. Most of the accounts I've handled are US accounts; Telco, health insurance, brokerage, stocks, and marketing. I've taken both inbound and outbound calls. I fully understand how important customer interaction is and giving excellent customer service.
I am keen when it comes to working and can do multi-task. I believe I am the right person for this job position. I am still hungry to learn new skills.
