I am an Amazon VA and I am expert in managing cases, optimizing listings, fixing stranded inventories, suppressed ASINs, creating FBA Shipments, filing reconciliation cases, FBA reimbursements, creating SOP documents, managing Buyer Messages, and Seller Feedback Removal, creating replacement orders and processing refunds and uploading new listings using manual and bulk upload template.

Before I started working from home, I was a Quality Specialist for Amazon Customer Service Team for more than 5 years. I moved to another company and handled the same position for 2 years before I became a Team Leader handling the Outbound Collections campaign for a utility account.

Currently, I am working at home as a Team Manager for a great Amazon Seller/Agency. My team specializes in resolving hazmat cases, suppressed and stranded listings, restricted/gated listings, reconciliation cases, and overall Seller Central Management.
