Continuous learning is important because the HR field is a difficult task to find the 'correct answer'. I have theoretical knowledge of HRM, organizational theory, and labor law. Through this, I acquired the human resource management field of management instructor, which is a national professional qualification. Through this theoretical knowledge, we are striving to have the risk management capability to monitor changing labor law revisions and perform preventive and preemptive ER tasks, and we have been able to develop an understanding of the startup ecosystem through practical training.

Currently, I have experience in recruiting more than 300 occasional jobs while working as a recruitment manager, and I have experience in hiring core talent, recruiting branding, sourcing, and managing manpower DB. In addition, we can improve and plan the operating system through the principles of various personnel systems and a solid background. I have experience in achieving early settlement of new employees by planning on-boarding programs and mentoring programs for new employees. Through these capabilities and work experience, I would like to contribute to job branding and onboarding of new employees. 

As an HR manager of a company, I would like to contribute to growth by exploring a companion organizational culture in which the company and workers can grow together.
