I have been in several BPO call centers for years as Customer Service Representative and have gained significant experience. I worked as a Technical Service Representative in my first BPO call center particularly in Comcast Self-Install Kit. It lasted about a year until I got an opportunity from a different BPO company which I became a Medical Billing Specialist.

I was in a situation of loving my job and everything, until the company we worked for pulled out the account for some reason and the team was dissolved. An old friend of mine introduced me the Virtual Assistant kind of job and I got interested because I don't need to travel to go to work and I can be with my family at the same time. I started doing Online Job thru 51Talk.com as an English Tutor and had an opportunity to work as a part time Data Entry Specialist at adelphi medical staffing. I can say that I had rough times when I started, but when you give your best shot, that's the time you will level up.

I have 5 years of experience in Medical Billing and Coding worked for various specialties. like Behavioral health, Wellness Medicine, Psychiatry, Counselling and Consulting, and Rheumatology. I have worked across department such as Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Coding & Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Billing, A/R follow-up & Denial Management.  

I understand and serve as the mediator between US Healthcare providers and insurance companies.I take responsibility for Revenue Cycle Management of the providers and healthcare centers and strictly follow HIPAA of 1996.
