I have many experiences in categorizing calls to sales, service, financing, insurance, and general info. with the leading Car Company, Dental Office, Glass Company etc. in the United States. I've been tasked to listen to live conversations and make sure that the quality of support/service is given properly to the customers.

I can speak and understand English very well, I can work with a team or individually. I can work anytime if the client requested it. and can perform a task with minimal supervision.

I am a licensed Computer Software and Hardware Specialist and I can do Computer Troubleshooting and Software Repair through screen share or remote desktop. I have 75+ WPM typing speed. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other similar apps like Google Docs.

I can do Graphic Designing and Video Editing especially with Adobe Photoshop and Cyberlink Power Director.
