Julius Dela Cruz Abanes

Three interesting insights about me.  

First, I'm a risk taker. I always want to see myself improve on something that seems impossible for me. For example I enrolled in St. Paul University in San Miguel taking Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Yes I am a student and I am 34 years old and now I am in my third year. There is a doubt, yes, if i could finish this course, yes there's struggle but there's no success if there is no struggle. A risk taker mindset is that there's no harm in trying. I believe that I'm going to finish my studies. I'm almost there!

Second, I'm a good team member. I know in myself that there is someone above me, more knowledgeable than me and I am always open to learn from them. Just like what is happening at the school. My classmates are younger than me but I listen to them because I know their ideas are fresh compared to mine. Their knowledge regarding our course is more advanced and I'm happy to learn from them. 

Lastly, I am an optimistic person. I always see positive things in every negative situation and it makes life easier. For example, if I'm not qualified in this program I will tell myself maybe it is not yet time for me or there is something i need to improve. Instead of focusing on the things I didn't get, I will spend time on the things I need to improve on. 

So those are the three interesting insights about me.
