▪ After two months o training on Costa Diadema (largest ship) I became Supervisor and then I was
transfered to Costa Favolosa Ship to work as Supervisor during Norwegian Fjords Season.
▪ As supervisor I must assisst the management of 7 hostess with different nationalities and 12
Hospitality Operators.
▪ I finished my contract in Dicember 16, 2019 working throught Firjods and Mediterranean Europe
and few weeks in French caribbean concluding six months o contract.

▪ In My second contract I started on Costa Favolosa and get transfered to Costa Diadema by
Hospitality Manager's request after my results learning and improving procedures inside of the
hospitality services department in this way, giving me the opportunity to learn the job of Phone
Operator, position the give all suport necessary to the supervisor and manager in the back
office.
▪ Route: Italy, Spain e France
▪ After 7 months on board of Costa Diadema where I worked also as night shift being in charge of
the department during the whole night for one month and half, I received the growth to become
Hospitality Supervisor.
