Accomplishments
As a Supervisor I was responsible for teams over 15 agents, checked and
helped improve their performance by monitoring and providing feedback
helped promote agents into leadership positions.
On in my instructor position, I helped students with conversational English
and Call Center Training; most of them are currently working on different
companies as customer service agents.
During my time as a patient scheduling agent, I have managed to assist in a
detailed oriented position gained knowledge of the product service and
procedures.
