Hi, I'm Juliet a Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Specialist with a background in retail and a passion for helping businesses run smoothly. I transitioned from running my own spare parts business into the digital space, and now I provide remote admin support, email marketing, and lead generation services to small businesses and busy entrepreneurs.

With over 2 years of experience, I’ve worked with clients on a wide range of tasks from managing emails, calendars, and CRMs to creating outreach lists and scheduling email campaigns. I’m comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Apollo, Canva, HubSpot, and Freshdesk. I also have a basic understanding of copywriting and how to write friendly, clear communication that keeps customers happy, and prospects engaged.

I’m currently doing a remote internship where I’m learning more about email marketing, cold outreach, and B2B lead generation. I’ve written email sequences, set up outreach tools like Instantly and Apollo, and tracked campaign performance. It's been exciting to learn by doing and I love being part of a team that’s working on real-world projects.

What sets me apart is my ability to bring structure, care, and consistency to every task. I genuinely enjoy supporting people behind the scenes whether that means organizing a calendar, answering a tough customer email, or helping a client find new leads. I believe in working with heart and excellence, and I treat every client’s business like it’s my own.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing relatable content on LinkedIn to encourage jobseekers and new professionals like me. I also love learning I’m always watching tutorials, taking mini-courses, and trying out new tools to stay sharp and useful.
