I have almost 2 years of professional experience as a all around Customer Service Representative in a loading company. I take calls then transfer to email support where I multi task answering texts and chats too. Lastly, I was assigned at walk in area where I handle customer concerns face to face. I experienced dealing with different clients who are angry, frustrated, worried and afraid. I've demonstrated success in responding to customer's telephone, email and chat queries in an accurate and timely manner. Not just that, I always make sure that I addressed all of the customer's concern without lacking empathy. I believe that my expertise in oral and written communication skills with great customer service will make me an asset to your company.
Right now, I am managing my online store where I do all the tasks from taking orders to getting the items, shipping and processing the payments. I market my own shop on different social media platform like Facebook and Instagram. I don’t have any helper with me, so I am responsible for each and every task I need to do. All my skills and knowledge tend to build more and more as years go by. As I learn many things and gather experience that I can use in everyday lives makes me realized that I am skillful enough to venture into another field which is having a home-based job as a Virtual Assistant.
