Co-founded Concierge99, a travel experiences marketplace that we pivoted towards a website aiming
to encourage better and smarter travel by providing city guides, local recipes and travel tips.
Key responsibilities include content creation and distribution, social media management, content
marketing and website copy-writing.
Brought unique viewership up from zero to 2,000 per month in six months with zero marketing budget,
no additional team, and a content creation-only strategy.
Wrote and designed content that has been shared 60k+ times over certain social media channels with a
10% click-through rate.

First point of contact for suppliers to resolve issues on both a commercial and technical level, ensuring
any learnings we could gain from each incident were recorded and widely distributed.
Negotiated contracts and pricing with suppliers based all over the world.
- Negotiated UK SMS price down from 2.5c to 1.4c, a significant saving with high volume traffic.
Advised sales teams on global regulations, functions and constant changes in the mobile industry.
The Product Manager role required an in-depth knowledge of both the commercial and technical
workings of each product, and an intricate understanding of the regions in which they operate:
- Grew global SMS by a factor of 10 to in excess of 300m SMS per month.
- Grew UK mobile payments by 300% to £1.4m yearly revenue.
Worked with Product Development to design, test and release new products and features:
- Brought Reporting Centre to beta launch, a significant improvement on reporting capabilities.
- Designed and populated an SMS Knowledge Database for company-wide, and customer, use.
