I have over 20 years of customer service experience, I have worked in call centers, retail stores and the financial industry. I enjoy working with the public, on the phone or in person.

I have two college degrees, Law and Security Administration as well as Paralegal Studies. I excel at legal research and writing, and enjoy challenging experiences.

I have 30 hours a week to dedicate to working on projects, possibly more on weekends.
