Hi! I'm Julie! a BS Criminology graduate with a diverse
professional background in security, sales, and customer
service.
I started my career as a lady guard for two years, ensuring safety
and order. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned into retail as a
Sales Associate for nine months, where I assisted customers and
managed the daily income tracker, sharpening my sales and
organizational skills. I then moved into the BPO industry, working
as a call center agent for one year and four months, which
strengthened my communication skills and problem-solving
abilities in a fast-paced environment. The eagerness inside me to
learn and explore new things is one of the reason why I'm always
striving in life.
Now, as I explore the Virtual Assistant industry, I enrolled to online
courses so that I am prepared and knowledgable to what offers I'll
give to my clients. Now i'm eager to apply my skills in Email-
Management, Calendar Management, Social Media Assistance,
Data Entry and Administratibe Task to efficiency help businesses
thrive. I am a fast learner, highly adaptable, and detail-oriented.
