I completed internships at a well-known bar and a popular café, where I developed my customer service and multitasking skills. I learned how to communicate effectively with customers, manage orders, and work efficiently under pressure. I also became familiar with basic bar operations and beverage preparation, which sparked my deeper interest in the service aspect of hospitality. In school, I actively participated in catering services for events, which allowed me to understand the value of preparation, presentation, and coordination in a catering setup.
