I am an undergraduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, although I'm currently not enrolled. Before I started college, I worked in an office for almost 3 months as an office staff. My duty revolved around basic office tasks such as data entry, organizing documents, calculating the total cost of materials that will be used in a certain project, and also depositing collected payments from clients. After a year in college, I decided to take a chance in the BPO industry, however, my interpersonal skills isn't very promising. Fortunately, I found a job that trained me how to interact with customers. As a former store attendant, I learned how to properly communicate with customers, inventory management, and especially how to run a business. Recently, I'm eyeing to be a freelancer. Since I have all the equipments necessary, such as laptop, noice-cancelling headset, and stable internet connection, why not try. Although I don't have all the essential skills, my willingness to learn and contribute success to your company is one big stepping stone.
