I’m a professional with a strong foundation in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning. My career bridges data analytics, urban planning, and strategic project management—bringing together a solid analytical background, practical experience across sectors, and a constant drive for improvement and efficiency.

I specialize in translating complex data into actionable insights that guide decision-making, strengthen organizational strategies, and foster sustainable development. My experience spans both the public and private sectors, where I’ve contributed to performance evaluation, data strategy, and client-focused analytics. I’m passionate about using data to understand behavior, identify trends, and inform meaningful actions that create real impact.

In my current role as an Analytics Consultant at Monks (since March 2024), I lead measurement strategies for diverse clients, conduct in-depth data analysis, and create visualizations that turn complex datasets into clear strategic insights. My responsibilities cover the full data project lifecycle—from planning and monitoring to communicating results effectively to stakeholders.

Previously, as a Management Analyst in the public sector (September 2022–January 2024), I focused on performance evaluation and impact assessment. I developed monitoring indicators, drafted comprehensive management reports, and coordinated project evaluations and external consultancies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and clarity in results communication. Earlier, as a Statistical Advisor at the National Statistical Office (November 2020–September 2022), I processed statistical information, improved data dissemination workflows, and coordinated training for the 2022 Census Help Desk, strengthening my expertise in data quality control and large-scale coordination.

I am highly proficient in analytical and visualization tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Tableau, which allow me to manage and interpret large datasets effectively across different contexts.
