Responsible for continual monitoring and processing of consumer loan applications received through various queues. Applications submitted by branch staff, loan phone center, home equity processors, collection department and dealerships. Also receive phone calls through Credit Administration Hotline. Use of Experian FICO 08 credit reporting system. Provide alternative lending options or suggestions for improvement for consumers when appropriate.
Responsible for scheduling of department staff and coordinating rotations of duties and weekend hours.
Updated written procedures for processing of monthly HELOC Renewal Report.
Review applications on Opening Act and Symitar. Applications may be first time review or 2nd review. Approve and decline requests using established loan policies and standard procedures and guidelines. Requests above or outside guidelines sent to upper management with recommendations for approval.
Process monthly HELOC Renewal Reports reviewing loans for renewal, reduction or termination based on current market values of property and credit analysis.
Review requests for Collection extensions and rewrites of existing loans. Evaluate applications and render decisions to approval or decline based on repayment history and prior requests.
