I am responsible for prospecting, pre-qualifying, and generating new leads to suffice the campaign requirement of our clients. Ensuring high-quality leads submitted for assigned campaign by pre-qualifying own lead to avoid lead rejections from QA's. Overcome any objections against products and services we introduce and identify customer needs. I also know the importance of completing the campaigns on the provided timeframe. As a telemarketing Associate presence of mind, attention to details and working under pressure are my strong skills. It is important to know the technicalities of our CRM (dialer) for me to perform better and can work with less supervision, hence, most of the details/ data shown in the dialer like the result of the leads we generate and how many are qualified. I have been in this role for 4 years now and this allowed me to grow personally and professionally.
