Motivated and propelled over twenty (20) different contracted development teams in
maintaining the softwares, Tech Illustrator and Konfig, owned by the company called
Auto-Trol. This results in a more harmonious remote/offshore working environment
regardless of the co-worker’s race, origin, and ability.
Initiate first-hand investigation on customer bug reports in JIRA, have a developer focus
on one bug before another, and do the planning on which bug to conquer next using
JIRA and Google Calendars. Provide assistance during the bug fixing phase which
increased the number of completed issue fixed in a month/sprint.
Analyze different customer system requirements, design a solution using shareable
documents in Google Docs, and openly discussed it with an assigned developer which
decreases the number of hours of misunderstood Skype discussion.

Act as the second-in-command for six (6) contracted Business Liaison and answer most
