This is Judy, an aspiring Virtual Assistant from the Philippines, interested in your job posting and currently employed in my 9am-6pm full-time job. I possess 1 year of experience as an Admin Officer and 5 years of experience in Financial Banking as a Loans Assistant, and I can say that I enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day. I do not have any experience as a Virtual Assistant however, I gained my extensive knowledge in my current job which includes but not limited to data extraction, report preparation and double checking of entries in the system. I also have basic knowledge in Microsoft word, MS excel and Office 365. I have experience as an Admin officer way back 2018 and my duties there are as follows: Scheduling of meetings between the president of the company and branch employees, email handling and replying to queries, inventory management and handling of onboarding of new employees & payroll preparation as part of HR duty.
When it comes to social media posting, design making using Canva, customer service and talking to potential customers, I think I have an edge about these things because I have a background in handling Facebook and Instagram since I also handled my own business page when I had my small business way back in 2021. My knowledge and experience might be short and simple but I don't limit myself to learning more.
Moreover, I believe that my previous work experience will help me to the post that I am applying for.
I am Tech-savvy, highly organized & keen on details, I am reliable and have a strong communication skills.
I have my own equipment in working remotely such as my own laptop, a tablet to bring if needed to do a job during daytime and a reliable internet connection. My availability is flexible, every weekdays from 9PM PH time onwards, on weekends from 10AM PH time and onwards. Let me know if you need a specific time of availability, I am willing to work on that.
