§ Led a team that handled partnership marketing to promote credit card usage. This involved identification of
potential partners, leads generation, negotiation, initiating contracts, promotional execution and evaluation.
§ Involved in conceptualization and development of promos and its marketing campaign plan (digital marketing,
direct marketing, and in-store marketing). This included artworks and copywriting for website and mobile
application features, online ads (social media and display ads), SMS and messaging app blasts, email blasts, and instore collaterals.
§ As of December 2019, the team grew credit card billings by 30% in terms of volume and 60% in terms of merchant
count. The programs met their respective targets with an average of 110% target achievement.
§ Partners included local and international-based merchants in hospitality such as Shangri-La Hotel, Hilton Hotel, and
Hyatt Hotels; in travel such as Amanpulo and Anantara; Ippudo and Krispy Kreme for dining; Victorinox and Nike for
retail; and Parkway Hospitals for healthcare.

§ Managed the execution of BDO Home Loan’s marketing plan with focus on programs for real estate brokers and
developers. This included end-to-end program management from conceptualization, budget preparation,
implementation and evaluation.
§ Coordinated and aligned with the Home Loan Sales Team to conceptualize and create effective marketing programs
to maintain leadership in its category.
§ Led successful key online initiatives to increase online home loan applications and leads generation which included
an online application promo and improvement of the home loan website. These efforts not only improved customer
experience through ease of application and convenience, it also helped fast track the processing turnaround time.
Petron Corporation

June 2010 to September 2015
§ Responsible for overall marketing communications programs of Petron’s engine oil and LPG brands. This included
above-the-line (TV, print, radio, and outdoor ads), below-the-line (brand activations and in-store marketing
materials), and digital efforts which provided noticeable increase in brand recall, product engagement, and sales.
§ Handled the localization efforts for the engine oil’s presence in China, Malaysia, and Cambodia from product
packaging, point of purchase collaterals, and advertising materials.
§ Part of the team that launched Petron’s loyalty card for public utility vehicle drivers which is a program to encourage
repeat purchase. A reward point system was setup and an awareness campaign was implemented including radio
and print efforts, and on-ground presence.
§ Led the conceptualization and production of corporate giveaways ensuring the branding guidelines are met. This
included researching, sourcing, overseeing production, internal ordering across all departments, and ensuring
delivery of the items.

§ Managed the end-to-end execution of Vision Petron, a national student art competition, which became an effective
youth brand of Petron by engaging young talents to promote culture and national identity. This advocacy program
has won for Petron awards from the Public Relations Society of America, Public Relations Society of the Philippines,
and the International Association of Business Communicators.
Project management of the annual program included conceptualization and development, budget allocation, on
ground execution of the competition and the awarding, and printing and release of corporate giveaways featuring
the winning works from the competition.
§ Cultivated strong, long-term relationships with Petron’s valued business partners through sponsorship of events or
projects such as motoring and sport events, car shows and concerts. This included evaluation of proposals,
coordinating with partners, on ground setups, and ensuring mutual brand promotions and media ROI.
