These are the characters that defines to be my strength.
I have been a call center agent for more than 2 years. Being a technical Representative, we are expected to be reliable. Reliable in a way that we know exactly what we are doing and what needs to be done. Aside from being a technical support, I am also trained to be a sales representative. More than technical and sales, I am also expected to offer good customer service.
In my 2 years as being a call center agent, I was praised by my supervisors for being dedicated with my job. In fact, I was able to received an award as an employee of the year. An award that is given to those who practice integrity in the company.
After 2 years, I decided to shift my career to being a store manager. I handle employees, clients and
business partners in which I practice to become independent. Since my employees look up to me, I should make decisions which I know can help not just for the business.
These characters helped me build my portfolio for being a virtual assistant and an Online English teacher. As for now, I am a full time English teacher but my schedule is very flexible.
