I have over 5 years of experience in sales specializing in cold outreach, appointment setting, data entry, calendar management, and chat moderator.

I started as a cold caller at a BPO for nearly 2 years calling homeowners in the US to offer a free quotation over the phone for their mortgage.

I then transfer to becoming a real estate agent for 4 years and I did cold outreach where I was calling and setting up appointments with my clients wether it's through the phone or face to face.

I also did freelance real estate VA. Where I was calling property owners to see if they are looking to sell or wants to hear an offer.

I also did data entry & chat moderating for a foreign dating app called BLK ( a dating app for black people ) where I was using slack, zendesk, sheets.
