In general, I can manage any task that has been assigned to me no matter what business type it is. I have an experience working remotely with US clients with various tasks and I am interested in working as Freelancer either full-time or part-time. I am not new to communications with clients wether it be in Slack, Skype, Google meet, or Zoom.

My expertise is in Ticket Brokering and worked as a Team Lead. I have a knowledge in fulfillment tasks, makes sure that the tickets were delivered on time for sports/concert events. Part of my task is also handling calls and emails for the status of the tickets, and can answer any inquiry like seat disclosure, pricing, seat details, event details, etc. Knows basic knowledge in handling Ticketmaster and AXS accounts.

I also used to work as Merchandise Services Representative in a design company that outsourced employees in the Philippines. The task were managing purchases of the customers like answering emails, chats, and call inquiry for the status of their orders. I also handled returns and exchanges and sees to it that every order is correct. I have a basic knowledge in creating UPS/FedEx tracking labels.

I have a wide knowledge in Architecture field. I have been working with licensed Architects as their CAD and 3D designer. Mostly of the visualizations I made was for interior designing. I also have a work experience with a US-based designing company and I believe that the basic knowledge I've earned in working with foreign clients.
