My role was a specialist aimed to seek and attract talent by
utilizing available tools such in-house ATS (SniperHire and
Taleo) job boards and recruitment agencies. I evaluated
candidates’ suitability through assessment centers, interviews

statistics to provide regular updates to HR Business Partners,
