I gained my career experience in a BPO industry with roughly more than 4 years of expertise on costumer care and billing, with that being said, I was able to nurture my knowledge and expand job opportunities by being a team support and assist on escalated contacts. I know I have the strength and capability on how to handle distressed or upset customers.
With this experience, I must say that I learned not only to address customer complaints but also on how to work with a team, to set goals not only for yourself but for the whole team. I was also a virtual assistant for a year with a Real Estate agency located in Australia.
