Juan Miguel Cajayon

Worked for a media/television company as a writer, content/segment producer, and video editor within the company's internal advertising agency. Creating ads and promos to boost the image of the company's wide array of products, and the company itself; both local and international. Experienced in Tagalog - English translation and vice versa, as well as transcribing audio materials. 

Previously worked for a BPO company, US-based telco and power tools account. Providing customer service through phone, chat, email, and SMS. Providing product knowledge, technical support, and order processing. Then I was promoted as a subject matter expert- providing assistance and mentoring to newly hired agents. Resolving issues on behalf of the agent who gets irate customers. 

Both work experiences honed my analytical and critical thinking skills. It also nurtured my patience and keeping grace under pressure. BPO taught me to prioritize the need to resolve the customer's concern with the utmost urgency and respect without sacrificing the company's image. 

During my free time, I love to read, write, and create stories in my head, to keep those creative engine cylinders in my head well oiled.
