● As a Valet Attendant, I effectively managed busy times by strategically parking
vehicles, resulting in a clear ramp and reduced wait times for guests, visitors,
and transportation services.
● Created an efficient pickup process at Moving APT where a mutual agreement
between carrier and customer had to be made. Generated over $20,000 in
revenue during the slowest month of the year, January, surpassing all
colleagues' performance.
● Working at Teleperformance, I received one of the highest call volumes during
the month of January with around 520 calls and was able to achieve the top
positive survey to call ratio in the Clover Health campaign. I have an
outstanding ability to improve members' days with detailed and well-articulated
responses.
