I am a former Air Force soldier who is very used to team work, collaboration, and also individual challenges under the deadline that require focus and attention to detail.
My main career path has been oriented to user and client support, starting as a customer service representative in private corporations such as British Telecom and Vodafone, and switching to incident management and field technician roles inside the Spanish Air Force, and within international organizations such as NATO.
I am experienced with adopt-and-adjust working frameworks such as ITIL, and proficient with IT Service Management protocols as well as with client oriented policies, and I am always open to new challenges and willing to learn new things.
I also have a creative background as one of my passions is photography, and I am currently studying a Bachelor Degree in Design and Digital Creation at the university. As a result, I am proficient with marketing image editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro, and I am familiar with social media environments.
I am native in Spanish and I am a certified C1 English speaker.
