01 - 22 / Actual – Sukses Trading Group LTD ( Trading Company that founds the raw material for
the IT Industry in China) – Commercial Director
I am leading the commercial Strategy of the Company, finding the new suppliers in
Africa for the End Buyers in the IT Industry of China.
I have Closed a JV Agreement with an Spanish Company and a Swiss Company that
are financing the trading model to sell the raw materials to the Chinese end
buyers.
I am leading the project of setting a Bonded Warehouse at Ndola, Zambia, to
receive the goods from Congo and send them by the Railway System to Dar Es
Salaam Port in Tanzania and from there to the final destination.
06-14 / 01 - 22 – Vinccitori Group SPA (Company dedicated to Structure Investment Project in
minning and recycling) – Founding Partner – Commercial Director
I found the Investors from India (SRS Resources) who developed a coking coal
project in the Municipality of Cimitarra, Santander Department, Colombia; The
company created between the merger of the Colombian partner with the Hindu
partner was called ADAMG SAS. The estimated monthly production is 70,000 ton
month; Investment made of USD 8,000,000.
I got the supply sources of Mineral of Barite from México for local oil operators; I
participated in the structuring of the business model, where we had to get the
investor to buy the mineral, who was to sell CIF to the local operator, all through a
fiduciary model. Just before the first dispatch and with a signed contract, the price
of the dollar was increased and prices were increased by 33%, making the
operation unviable;
Structured new investment opportunities in gold ore projects (Atacama, Chile) for
the Indian client KKK Holding Hong Kong; monthly supply of 30 Kg month, with a 3year contract;
Participated in the investment model for a copper cathode plant in Chile, which
required capital to increase its production. I got the investor and final buyer (KKK
Holding Hong Kong), who is currently marketing 1,000 tons of copper cathodes per
month;
I got an American firm to obtain resources through the IDB (Interamerican
Development Bank) for the financing of a solar power plant. This plant is part of
the El Manantial Project, located in the Department of Cesar, Colombia, which will
generate 20 megas per month. This project has been running for 14 months and is
in the phase ofenvironmental licensing. This is achieved through a consortium with
Green Caribean, a local partner, who is at the forefront of this initiative.
04-11/ 05-14 Minerales y Metales del SOL (Minning Company – Indian Partner. KKK Holding
Hong Kong) – Director.
I structured the Investment Projects that gave life to this company; mining
concessions with greater viability and potential were identified throughout the
country and after preliminary studies, they were acquired by investors from India,
obtained through Proexport (Optiemus Infracom - listed on the Stock Exchange and KKK Holding Hong Kong).
Conformed all the technical, social and administrative team to be able to execute
the projects (three iron and one copper projects);
I was in charge of the exploration and identification campaign of mining resources;
I selected the team for the elaboration of the Environmental Management Plan of
the mining titles, which gave viability to the operation of the mine;
Identify new sources of iron ore supply for the Investor Group,who needed as
much mineral as possible for self-consumption and our project was not yet able to
supply them. These sources were from Mexico (Colima) and Chile (Atacama
Region).
Once the project was underway, the investors made the decision to sell the
company and dedicate themselves exclusively to do minerals trading from Chile.
Mainly the decision was made, due to the current unfavorable conditions of
mining in Colombia.
