Juan Carlo Apo

Hi I’m Juan carlo apo you can call me JC. I am currently working IN a start-up company and who is a provider of Wechat, Alipay, and Unionpay in the Philippines. My experience as a sales coordinator and trainer, has molded me to be a better person at work. I generate leads to filter clients who are business owners interested to cater international customers. I give them a short presentation about the services we offer. If they are interested to apply, then I proceed to the documentation. I also process the new acquisition and send it to the office and if their account is already ready I ‘ll contact the client and schedule their available date for the system training and walk them through on how to use the service. I also do account management where every year I ask for their updated permits and maintain customer service satisfaction. Now I want to present my strengths. I am a team player who is a natural leader, with good communication skills, creative, organized, and knows how to manage time. I am a trustworthy person who can handle delicate information’s. My weaknesses is not being able to delegate my tasks as I know this is crucial to both my success and the development of the team. Sometimes when I am in the zone I always forget to eat.
