I am a Spanish lawyer (from December on I will also be certified in Colombia) with over 6 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.

I have worked as a lawyer in Hong Kong, China, Spain, and Colombia, which has given me the opportunity to work with clients across both local and international borders, assisting start-ups and established companies, with a strong business mindset. My experience in China and Hong Kong has made me be specialized in helping companies doing business in China.

I am skilled in the areas of Corporate Law, Business Law, Business Planning and Contract Negotiation, including but not limited to the drafting, editing, reviewing and implementation of legal contracts and general advisory work.
