Hey! My name is Juan Andrés Alvarez J. Latin America raised me. I am just a passenger in this world. I chose humanity as my family. I have two languages, art and entrepreneurship. Since I can remember I´ve been creating businesses that depend on my results driven personality to survive. Businesses that give me freedom with responsibility. I believe that it is in the connection of Art -with- Entrepreneurs and high Executives, that good ideas and projects that change the world are born.

Now... I love to travel, read, write, get new perspectives, and impact the world from wherever I am at a high scale. I think is good for business, and it´s also the future. Being out there, noticing the trends emerging before anyone to get an edge on where the industry is going for my clients. I believe in that. Since I was 15 years old I have been leading my entrepreneurial projects mainly in the entertainment industry in all its areas. You name it: Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Team Management, Research, Expansion, Financials, Funding, Recruitment, Brand Identity, Leadership, Productivity, Film Production, Event Production, Executive Production, Talent Management and more. 

Today, 15 years later I have traveled a long way to this amazing telecommuting business world. And I´m so glad it finally come true. From Marketing Director for Warner Music Group at age 24, to Head of Country and Leader of Operations in Ecuador for the great Sony Music Entertainment at age 26**, to owning my own entertainment company at age 14 and then again at age 23 and becoming a demanded artist in film and music. It all got me here. Being an artist and an executive in the film and music industry has allowed me to see and understand the industry as a whole. It was a good trip... but as I said, I have always been just a passenger in this world and today it makes more sense to me to add value from wherever I am, that to be tied to a place that sometimes makes your creativity diminish and blocks your innovative and disruptive ideas and actions. In this generation, Leaders can lead from wherever they are if their vision is strong enough and they know the correct management skills and technologies. For this times, I have been preparing my whole life. I am perseverence, resilience, laser focus productivity, essentialism, leadership, details, research and creativity men; and among all other statements, this is who I am right now "Deliver high value results, no matter what and from where you do it"
