My name is Joymee Guanga, and my work before is a Lead Verification Specialist in a BPO company. In my role, I handle outbound calls to verify client information, ensure data accuracy, and maintain quality standards. I’ve been in this position for 5 months, and during that time, I’ve developed strong communication and attention-to-detail skills.
