Hi I am Joydeep Mukherjee started my career as a Customer Support Executive, Voice support to US ISP customers of Windstream . After that as a Senior Customer support with voice, chat, e-mail and with task management(Trello) support to UBER US customers, maintaining the quality parameters of daily call/chat/email and made a report for junior CSR which is audited by me. Taking call or writing an email is an art you have to remember that your voice or Tone has to be perfect and your brain have to read the customer's mind by his/her Tone. So Intonation matters, Rhythm, Rate of Speech, Pronunciation, Greetings, Average Handling Time(AHT) this are most common quality factors you are taking a call. From CSR to Group Leader is a big journey in BPO, my total experience is 6 years in Customer Support in Voice and Non Voice and 3 years in Admin Support.
