My career objective is to offer my dedicated service to become one of your efficient staff in return for the excellent training, invaluable experience and opportunities for personal growth and advancement that I can be afforded with.

I was a Team Leader of an Airline Account on my previous job and it was not an easy task. But, being motivated and with dedication, time management and honesty, pressure and difficulty is no longer an issue. I handled two different airline accounts and main objective of the account is on Reservations. Aside from it, we also do call outs if ever there are any changes on their flight schedule either local or international flights. In addition to that, we also assist them regarding their inquiries or any other request. Moreover, we escalate customer’s complaints directly to our airline clients on both local and international management. Efficiently collecting and analyzing information to find a workable solution to accurately and consistently meet project deadlines is one of the advancements I learned as a Customer Service. Not just handling and motivating people, accommodating passenger’s complaints but sending reports via Email, MS Word, Powerpoint to our clients on both local and international are the usual tasks I do every day.

But aside from handling the account seriously and accordingly, I also need to focus on my agent’s profile and performances. I need to check every day their sales, comments and concerns from our customers. I also need to advise or inform them their everyday activities and performances. I even sometimes do transcription of their everyday calls and grade them accordingly and process all the papers needed for their employment.

Apparently, I am a single parent of two kids for almost 7 years already. I have a 10 year old daughter and a 9 year old son who were both student s on a public school near our home. Sustaining their needs as a mother and as a father at the same time is never an easy task but I need to do everything for them. But then, I decided to end it up on my job because my son needs my attention more than my work as he is a slow learner, late bloomer and has an ADHD.

There is no one could look after my children because my parents are separated and have their own lives already. My brothers have their own careers as well and living on their own separately. I only have one grandparent left alive but too old enough to take care of my children and I am not close to or other relatives. Thus, I can’t leave my children’s safety to their father as they have a different situation and environment as well as his parents and relatives so there are no other options but for me to stay with my kids and take care of them.

Because of that situation, I’m still looking forward to find a job that could help me earn money for my children's financial needs and could help me manage my time more efficiently as an employee and as a parent. I am looking for an off line typing job or data entry so that I could manage my time being a mother and being an employee for your company. This might sound ridiculous in some of the employers but I am just being honest on my situation. I might don’t have any idea about online or home based job but I'll do my best to achieve the goal as required for this position and will always be open in learning new tools that you prefer to work with. Thus, with your excellent training, I am confident that I can bring success to this level and can make a positive contribution to your company and because I believe as well that my previous work experience could help me a lot in doing the required tasks and submit them on time.
