Introduction
I'm Joyce Tsanga, an Administrative Virtual Assistant—a
career shift I made while still working as an Office Assistant at
a Panel Beating and Spray Painting company. Realizing the
potential to leverage my extensive office assistant experience
in a more flexible and impactful manner, I ventured into the
virtual assistant domain. This transition allowed me to
