I give CALCULATED SOLUTIONS knowing that every move matters. I create CURIOSITY-PROVOKING ideas that captures attention. I aim to provide SUBSTANTIVE approach in everything I do.

I am a graduate of Associate in Computer Technology. I am a seasoned customer care specialist. I can handle any type of customer and can provide excellent customer service.

I am familiar with basic tools like Toggl, Trello, Last Pass, Hello Sign and Grammarly. I am familiar with Google Apps. I can make designs using Canva. I can also communicate in different channels like Skype, Zoom, Google Meet.

I am creative and detail-oriented. I am highly reliable and can produce high-quality work. I am good at multi-tasking. I also have a strong organization skills.

I am a continuous learner. I am currently training under DICT Technical Training for General Virtual Assistant and will to undergo more training should my clients require me to.

I can also work well with the team. As a matter of fact, I handled a customer service team in my previous company which gave my leadership and problem-solving skills a boost.

I am a very positive person. I have a never give up attitude. I believe that there is always a solution to every situation.
