I graduated Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Louis University. I finished 172 units in the college of Law. When I was a student, I led a university organization and was a member of the Student Supreme Council.

Right after graduation from college, my first job was in the local Government of Baguio City as a Local Legislative Staff for 4 and half years. The assigned duties and responsibilities were dealing with customers and clients, managing their documents and records; doing research; drafting resolutions and business correspondence; inter-agency liaison; community consultations.

My status with the government was co-terminus, immediately; I was hired by a private company. I was a support staff for a Business Process Outsourcing company handling foreclosure cases where I did most of Data Management for the clients who were lodged with foreclosure cases; I gather their documents, input and update into the system; draft pleadings, and maintained communication and relationship through conference calls with clients. I was also the spokesperson for the foreclosure lawyers. At this point, I had my first understanding and overview of the US Real Estate.

I applied with a call center in Baguio City which is a booming industry in our country. I experienced being a call center agent and got promoted immediately to being an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to the CEO. I was the representative of the company establishing connections with public and private entities. I also did promotion and marketing; preparing and conducting presentations. I was trained to doing multi-tasking. I initiated income generating projects.

I took the wide-ranging training about the US real estate with MyOutDesk and the software tools that Virtual Assistants use. I had to keep myself abreast of the latest technology. I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a realtor as a General Admin doing Database management. The system that we used was the eEdge tools or the Market leader. We practiced the Million Dollar Pipeline Program. I worked for a Keller Williams Realtor but not for long because my former client shifted his focus to hiring and training co-agents. I decided to move forward to take the inside sales associate position that recently, I just concluded the comprehensive and rigorous training to becoming a great ISA. I know the scripts, the lead generation tools and the different lead management programs.

I’m so driven and full of motivation to learn and perform a job well. I always have the passion for excellence and the right attitude combined to be exceptional in everything I do. I continue acquiring skills and making myself competent.

People describe me as a flexible person who can work well with different situations; a team player who can go along well with other people ensuring productivity and impressive results. On the other hand, I do not have any problem working by myself, I get to focus on learning new things-- software applications, new technology, and research-- feeding my interest in new approaches and doing new things. I get very meticulous when working on a task, a detailed-oriented and organized person.
