I worked as a team lead for 2 years and was a chart retrieval agent before my promotion.

I worked and served as a full-time LIFE (Leadership, Integrity, Faith and Excellence) Coach for more than 5 years. I worked in a business related company for more than 4 year. I was trained and worked in the nursing field for almost a year after I passed the board exam.

I enjoy learning and applying whatever related to the task given to me. I love doing strategic planning and seeing how it works in a certain field. I work with integrity and love to accomplish tasks that are assigned to me. I also learned how to delegate tasks to those people that I am leading to empower them and also to exercise their abilities and capabilities for growth as we work as a team.
