I have worked as a customer service representative for almost 8 years and I have been working with different clients within the US, UK and in Australia. I am also keen in identifying the root cause of the call and making sure to properly investigate the account to provide an accurate resolution. I am flexible with the changes of the schedule and task as well. As a hybrid agent, I have supported different channels like chat, email, back office and phone calls.
