Support the contract management team with electronic filing, archiving and
administration of all of Unilever commercial contracts for the Global entities.
Ensure the quality of the contract management data and regularly check entries
of the contact management team and other admin users.
Provide trainings to users, maintain training records, review the need for
refresher trainings and manage all related tasks, including all associated
documentation.
Provide subject expertise for the Contract Life Cycle Management tool, including
incident, problem and change management with Unilever contracting system.
Ensure changes and updates to the Contract Life Cycle Management tool are fully
documented, according to needs for a validated system.
Establish and maintain SOP and related procedural documents.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders from relevant functions – e.g. IT, Legal,
Quality – and external stakeholders, including vendors and professional bodies.
