I previously worked as an ESG Risk Analyst of RepRisk AG headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Risk Analyst, I assess issues based on available news information on how it can potentially affect the reputation of a company, guided by specific parameters, prior to creating a report.

I also handled RepRisk's biggest operations hub, which is in Manila, Philippines, for more than a year as an Operations Leader wherein I handled training and daily operations before I moved to Sweden last April 2016. I worked with RepRisk for five (5) years and my work structure was mainly done through telecommuting although I often went to offices, both in Zurich and Manila, for important meetings and trainings.

Aside from this, I had vast experience in marketing and customer service. I worked as customer service representative for Convergys Philippines and Dell-Perot Systems for nearly three years.
