Hi, I'm Joy Collins, a Virtual Assistant with a strong passion for Online Administrative services. I'm also a marketing student at Lagos state polytechnic, Nigeria and graduated with a 3.71 honours National Diploma.
During my Virtual Assistance learning with ALX, I've gained hands-on experience in managing a client's inbox, data entry and expense tracking, internet and travel research, creating travel itineries, meeting agendas, email and calendar management.
Some of my technical skills includes knowledge of google suites, MS office, zoom and Gmail. My soft skills are, paying attention to detail, time management, organisation, maintaining calm under pressure and growth mindset.
I'm driven by a desire to help organisations reduce over 78% workload and saving them some cost. I'm actively seeking opportunities to apply my skills in a real-world setting.
