Experience 2021, July – To date Trainer, REMOTASKS • Review tasks of trainees and in-house taskers before submission. • Trained on 3D and 2D projects of annotation on the bootcamp. • Keeps track of trainees’ learning and progress then evaluates and maintains Bootcamp training materials to assigned projects. • Conduct surveys from trainees, collaborate with fellow trainers, lead trainers and coordinators for possible action plans from findings. • Create low-mid level reports essential to daily operations and report highlight, lowlights and key daily summary to immediate superior. • Utilize all training tools and methods implemented by Remotasks Bootcamp. • Channel complaints, ideas/suggestions and grievances from trainees to lead trainers to improve on the daily remote operations, where I managed to come up with interactive forms where each issue can be viewed and addressed. • Attend scheduled meetings and training/continuous improvement sessions. 2020, February – 2021, July Annotator, REMOTASKS • Worked on 3d projects including semantic segmentation and lidar projects which I produced and submitted high quality work that enabled me to be promoted to super reviewer where I worked over a year. • Worked on other 2d projects like segmentation annotation, key points annotation, bounding boxes, text transcription for image annotations and video annotation which I also started as tasker and was promoted to super reviewer level in all of the projects. 2019, July – 2020, February Annotator, EN-LABELER • Worked on CVAT (Computer Vision Annotation Tool), NLP (Natural Language Processing) and LabelImg for image annotations. • Submitted several projects with different annotation formats and tools and successfully completed all the projects with the team and forwarded the work to project manager. 2018, October – 2019, June Annotator, CLOUD FACTORY • Worked on polygon-RNN, bounding boxes, polygon, landmark, and text annotations. • Accurately submitted high quality machine learning annotations with minimal supervision.
