I am a flexible person were I can do any task that's give to me even its nit related to my work responsibilities. i have knowledge and skills in making sales like upsetting, customer relation and problem solving.I learned this skills in my 4 years of working in a Hotel industry.i do have knowledge in drop shipping where I order our needed stuffs to the supplier for our next operation. I do have experience of taking call from people who wants to have a reservation in our restaurant and cold calling where we call strangers to promote our package for a certain Occasions like Valentines , Christmas , New Years and other holidays. I'm familiar also with making. sales report were I sort all the billing we had for one day, compiling all debit/credit cards payment, naps, complementaries and cash payment. I do also inventories, check the no sales report from micros Fidelio to check what are the total products we sold for one day. I'm also a learning coach who conduct trainings like discussion about our services and team building for my colleagues. I'm a dedicated person in my work, you can trust me to meet the deadline that is given to me.
I do have experience in Microsoft office like excel , I'm the one who make our schedule using excel, I used Microsoft Word for my discussion and power point for my presentation.
I do have also knowledge in Google drive like Google docs, spreadsheet, slides, google map and google calendar. I do have also skills of managing emails and files. I'm good also in searching and browsing information through internet.
