I have been in the BPO Industry for a decade and worked in different roles throughout my career. I started in 2009 as an agent/representative, assisting customer inquiries both via phone calls and live Chat. I got the Team Manager/supervisor promotion in 2012 for Live Chat support catering to Australian customers. I also got the opportunity to work in an in-house headquarter (outside of operations) after one of our clients recognized my work and offered me the job, became part of their "Footprint and Strategy Planning" team as a manager. Our focus is setting up contact center startups and footprints offshore - the highlight of the experience was when I was deployed to India for more than a month to look after the India center Operations.
