Special projects
● Participated in the “report automation project’ of 37 reports for multiple Key Crowley
accounts improving the customer experience and reducing the amount of time invested in
reporting. (January 2019 – August 2019)
○ The knowledge of SQL, Excel and Access was key in the success of this project
● Took a leadership role in the transition of a new process to El Salvador called “Arrival
Notifications”, this has been an outstanding success as we have already took over the
service for 11 ports in the US, USVI and PR.
○ Improved and standardized the process across all service lanes
○ Created multiple reports that reduce the time invested and increased the quality
and consistency of our results (SQL, Excel and DB2 knowledge was vital in the
development of these tools)
○ Developed a PowerApps application that was shared with our contact center to
centralize the information to aid all the team members.
